Aim: To analyse early recognition of the distal cervical caries mandibular second molar caused by impacted third molar, to correlate oral health and status find out average age groups gender affected Methods: A cross-sectional survey 300 participants was conducted over a 15-month period at Rehmat Memorial Hospital, Abbottabad. having in were analyzed clinically radiographically. Data using SPSS version 23.0 Results: demographic data patients with molars analyzed. 64% male 36% female that have extractions due impaction. Caries more than half mesioangular impaction, which 52%, 3% distoangular, 26% distal, 18% horizontal In 63.25% cases, teeth lost caries, periodontitis 20.25% tooth loss, pericoronitis 7.75%, orthodontics 3.75%, prosthodontics 1.2%, trauma 1%, other factors 2.5%. study reveals 30.5 % done from 21 30 years 23 %of performed. 40% those who took part did not brush their teeth. Socioeconomic also has great impact on extractions. Conclusion: After conducting this study, it concluded there relationship between prevalence placement neighbouring molars. As result, extraction should be avoid cavities premature loss neighboring molar. Key words: Third extraction, 2nd
